Head of the Climate Program at the Technical University of Denmark. Her research topics include the economics of climate change, energy and climate change policies, sustainable development and development economics. She has published extensively and leads international projects on sustainable development, energy, and climate change. A former project manager for the Danish Development and Climate Action Program, she has also served for fifteen years on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
