John A. Overdeck Professor, Professor of Statistics, and Professor of Biomedical Data Science at Stanford University (United States). He is the author of major contributions in applied statistics, statistical computing, and data mining, and is currently working on applied statistical modeling and prediction problems in biology and genomics, medicine and industry. Among other honors, he holds the Parzen Prize for Statistical Innovation and the Myrto Lefkopolou Award (Harvard University).
